
Artweeks - Taking part
If you're looking to be part of Oxfordshire Artweeks that's great. It's a nice way to show off your work as well as being part of Oxfordshire's creative community. You'll be able be able to become a member of Oxfordshire Artweeks and sign up for the next festival in 2026

*Please note we're not Oxfordshire Artweeks, we're just a nice platform to support local artists. You'll have to go through their website to sign up but here's a gist of how it works...​

1.
Sign up to be a member of Artweeks
To sign up you need to go to the official Artweeks website.
They will ask you to create an account with them.

Once you have signed up to be a member of artweeks you can then register to be part of the festival.
​
There is a membership fee to take part in Oxfordshire Artweeks.
​
Registration for Artweeks 2026 begins in October and the deadline to list your exhibitions is December 31st 2026.

2.
Submit your exhibition
Once you have signed up to be a member of Artweeks you can then register to be part of the next festival.
You will need to decide how you would like to exhibit your work.
Either as a solo artist or as part of a group.

You'll need a venue to exhibit your work - this is sometimes your own home, a shed in the garden or a church hall.
​
Then you will be registered and will be added to the Artweeks official guide.

3.
East Oxford area
Oxfordshire artweeks happens all across Oxfordshire. The county is split into different areas. East Oxford is one of those areas.
Each area has an appointed coordinator who helps distribute the artweeks guides and helps with creating an area trail map.

*It is up to the artist to find their own venue if exhibiting with artweeks
*there may be a small extra optional fee to be part of local area maps which pays for printing and design costs.

Once all the artists have registered with Artweeks - Artweeks then contacts the coordinators with information on who is involved in their specific areas.
